Haven House - Welcome to Haven House, a large detached house built in 1924 with spectacular uninterrupted views over the town, river and harbour.
The house can sleep 6 people plus cot and put–you-up suitable for a child, in 3 spacious bedrooms, all with outstanding views over the harbour, gardens and town below. The accommodation would suit a family holiday or couples with friends. We are open all year round so you can enjoy the beauty of Cornwall’s changing seasons, each with it’s own charms. Haven House is in a quiet location, yet only a couple of minutes walk down the hill to the centre of the historic fishing port of Looe with its winding narrow streets, fish market, shops, restaurants and sandy beach with distinctive Banjo Pier. The south west coast path is just a short stroll away and all things maritime with fishing, boating, diving and sailing within easy reach. There is easy parking outside the house for 2 cars, but please note that access is via 15 steps down from the parking area. Facilities include large contemporary styled lounge, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. A large family bathroom with power shower, bath and WC, separate WC with hand basin, central heating, SKY TV and free Wi Fi Internet Access.

Tyina Cottage - Tyrina is a delightful 17th century Grade II listed fisherman’s cottage situated in the narrow streets right in the heart of the old town of East Looe, and only 100 yards level walk from the quayside and the wide, sandy beach of Looe Bay. The cottage has recently been extensively refurbished offering many modern conveniences (eg.  tumble dryer, electric shower over bath, microwave, TV, video & CD player etc.) while retaining much of the original charm and character, including exposed oak beams and large inglenook fireplace. 
Central heating has also been installed for added comfort which is included in the price. The accommodation comprises lounge/dining room, kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms - one double & one twin, sleeping 4 people with the possibility of accommodating an additional  child on a folding bed in the twin room.   A travel cot and high chair are also available. Duvets (1 King size & 2/3 singles), pillows and tea towels are supplied & bed linen  can be supplied at extra charge if required.   A complimentary car park pass for the nearby Millpool car park is available (only 6 mins walk along the quayside). Short breaks available in low season. Small, well behaved dogs are accepted out of high season.

Cartole Cottages - Along a quiet leafy country lane a select group of six holiday cottages (sleeping 2-6) set in six acres of grounds, surrounded by a patchwork of fields. Situated between Looe and Polperro and with easy access to the coast. The village of Pelynt is one mile away with local shops, public house and restaurant. Centrally located for easy exploration of Devon and Cornwall and attractions such as Helegan and the Eden Project.
All cottages have flat screen TV's and wire free internet access, they are either centrally heated or heated by off peak electricity.
There is a Hot Tub in its own building where you can either open the tinted windows and enjoy the country views or close them for a quiet, private, relaxing dip in the warm water. We also have a field walk, ideal for exercising the dog or for that romantic evening stroll.

Right in the heart of Looe sits Foam Cottage. Just one minute from the beach and harbour and about 5 seconds to the nearest shop and pub, this larger than average fisherman’s cottage is perfectly placed to enjoy everything in this friendly fishing village. Foam Cottage has been tastefully modernised including central heating, whilst retaining the character and features of a typical Cornish fisherman’s cottage. It makes a very comfortable family home for a holiday by the sea for up to 6 people. Light and airy rooms Foam Cottage is larger than most traditional cottages in Looe. Built around 1860 (we think), it fronts onto Higher Market Street while the back door opens onto a sunny and secluded courtyard, decked with flowers. Actually this courtyard is also a street, but there are so few cars, you tend to forget that! The tall window spanning two floors fills the cottage with light. The rooms have extra height too so 6 footers won’t have to stoop for every doorway.
